Accommodation Types
We offer two distinct accommodation setups designed to suit your lifestyle: vibrant shared communes and private, self-contained four-student apartments.
Communes
Our shared communes offer a vibrant, social atmosphere featuring a selection of single and double bedrooms tailored for student life. Fully equipped communal kitchens and comfortable living spaces make it easy to connect, relax, and build a strong sense of community. All commune facilities strictly adhere to official NSFAS accreditation guidelines, ensuring all required bathroom-to-student ratios and hygiene standards are completely satisfied.
Room Types: Single & Double Occupancy
Living Setup: Shared central kitchens & common lounge areas
Facilities: NSFAS-compliant bathroom ratios per resident count
Rates & Placement: Charged at standard Bursary/NSFAS rates (Zero Top-Up); final placement based on room availability
Note: We reserve our single room placements for our senior undergraduate students who require more privacy due to their demanding academic schedules.
Apartments
Designed for students seeking extra independence and privacy, our self-contained apartments accommodate just four residents per unit. Each apartment features its own dedicated kitchen and bathroom located directly inside the unit, shared exclusively among the four flatmates.
Capacity: 4-6 Students per apartment unit (depending on apartment size)
Living Setup: Share Double Rooms (2-3 Rooms per apartment), Private in-unit kitchen and dining area
Facilities: Exclusive in-unit bathroom (shared only by the 4 residents)
Rates & Placement: Charged at standard Bursary/NSFAS rates (Zero Top-Up); final placement based on room availability
